Cancellation Policy
We totally get it—sometimes plans change. While we’re bummed we won’t get to serve you (we were looking forward to it!), we’ve made our cancellation policy as fair and simple as possible:
That said, we’re happy to apply your payment as a credit toward a future event!
Please note: If we’ve ordered custom-branded items (like cups, signs, or décor), those are non-refundable once purchased, and their costs will still apply.
Rescheduling Policy
We know that timing can shift, and we do our best to stay flexible!

For single-day events:
We can reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice.
If notice is given less than 72 hours before the event, we won’t be able to reschedule and the full service fee will apply.

For multi-day events:
We can reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice.
With less than 7 days’ notice, the full service fee will be charged.
These timeframes help us coordinate with our suppliers and ensure everything—from freshly roasted coffee to custom materials—arrives on time and at the highest quality.
