Oregon City Coffee Catering — FAQ
Is there a travel fee to Oregon City?
No. Oregon City is part of our home service area — we’re based just up the road in Clackamas. Travel costs are already built into your flat-rate quote with no surcharge.
Do you cater at the Abernethy Center and other historic venues?
Yes. We’re familiar with the layout, the loading approach, and the power setup at most historic venues in the area. Historic buildings sometimes have older electrical systems, so we may bring an extension cord or coordinate with venue staff on outlet location, but it’s never been a problem.
Can you cater outdoor weddings near Willamette Falls or on the bluff?
Absolutely. We just need a level setup area of about 5×5 feet, an awning or tent for shade and weather protection, and — if temperatures are below 40°F — a propane heater per barista. Wind is the biggest variable at bluff-top events, so we’ll discuss any extra weighting or shelter needs during your planning call.
How far in advance should I book for an Oregon City wedding?
For weekends weddings between May and September, plan for 4-6 months out — the Abernethy Center and similar venues book quickly, and we tend to fill up alongside them. For weekday events, showers, or corporate gatherings, 2-4 weeks is usually plenty.
Do you cater small backyard events in Oregon City?
Yes — this is a sweet spot for us. Many of our Oregon City clients are hosting baby showers, milestone birthdays, or anniversary parties at home for 30-80 guests. Our cart fits in driveways, backyards, and garage openings, and we’re set up and serving within an hour of arrival.
